All passengers should have their respective boarding passes before boarding the vessel.

All check-in guests should have prior reservations for the boat trip’s schedule and seat arrangements upon arrival at Grande Island Resort's Subic Terminal at Waterfront Road, SBFZ.

In case any check-in guest misses his scheduled trip, he should re-schedule and pay the service fee/penalty fee at the Subic Terminal Ticketing Office. Check-out guests should pay the service/penalty fee at the Grande Reception.

All passengers should stay inside the vessel for safety reasons, until advised to disembark.

All check-in guests who wish to go to the Subic mainland for the day should make their trip reservations based on the ferry schedules. Reserve your seats and pay the special boarding pass fees at the Grande Reception.
